All week we have been plagued by intermittent problems with out Internet connection. The problem is that our ADSL modem re-trains uncontrollably, and all of our Internet services are offline during the retraining and for some period afterwards. Sometimes the video and audio service recovers automatically, but sometimes it requires manual intervention.
We apologize the for the problem. We know that people all around the world would prefer that the video, audio, and website functions be more reliable. If we could improve the situation we would, but it seems that the best we can do is tell everyone what is happening.
