On behalf of the city and people of Chiang Mai, may I extend a very warm welcome to all of those taking part and supporting this year's 18 th Chiang Mai International Cricket Sixes & 6 th Sixes Sawasdee Cricket Cup.

We are pleased and proud that the Sixes has become Chiang Mai's longest running annual international sports event, and that every year over 300 cricketers , their friends and families, now travel to our city for a week of sport , friendship and relaxation. This is also the 6 th year of the Sixes Sawsdee Cricket Cup for school teams, and we are grateful to Sixes participants for your continued and generous support for the effort to develop of cricket as a sport in local Thai schools.
