 Amongst
all the doom and gloom spreading around the world at the moment, it is a
wonderful relief to get back to the sanity (or gentle insanity?!) of the
Chiang Mai Sixes! We at the Gymkhana Club applaud and heartily welcome all
the organisers, sponsors and, most of all, you the participants in this
the 16th Chiang Mai International Cricket Sixes.
The show goes on! And it is a great tribute to the success of the event itself, and to the hospitality and attractions of Chiang Mai, that the Sixes has survived so many potential hazards from lack of funds, bad weather and competing events, to poor global economy, and even war. You clearly must be doing something right. Long may it continue, and long may Gymkhana Club be the Sixes's host. Once again therefore, on behalf of the Chiangmai Gymkhana Club, may I invite you all to please feel at home at our Club, and wish you a splendid week of cricket and socializing. Stay healthy and have a great time!
