Puttivat “Parn” Poshyanonda
Team Manager and procurer of all sorts. Justifiably proud of his young charges. A new look
Theveda team has a few new faces with bundles of talent.
Yotsakorn “Chai” Chaiprom
Chai represented U-19 Thailand team in December 2009 at
ACC Challenge Competition in Chiang Mai, where they made the final moving into
the elite stage. A good all rounder and very sharp in the field.
Thanatit “Tong” Jiraphanthawong
After a brilliant performance
during the ACC U-19 tournament he will be more than a handful to many bowlers.
A big hitter and proves it every year at the Sixes. Still a teenager but now a
Sixes veteran!
Peerawat “Gun” Duangtip
Gun also represented U-19
Thai side this season, is a useful medium pacer and if he gets his weight
behind the ball when batting, run for cover.
Auttapan “Mai” Ruangsrijaroenrung
Having had some bowling
lessons from Iqbal Sikendar recently, Mai will certainly make a few eyes pop as his tweekers
will look like hand grenades to many batsmen. Not so dusty with the bat either.
Plays for the U-19 province side and is a regular in the U-15 League.
Nadedanai “Nade” Jaipongsai
Full of testosterone this one. Bowls at full pelt all the time and is developing into a very good bat.
Will surprise many during the week with his aggression and talent. Has been to a number of
Thailand national team training camps, will be breaking through soon.
Navachon "New” Kruatong นวชน เครือธง (นิว)
Unusually tall, a good build for a bowler. Don’t let the casual approach lull you into a false sense of
security. New has plenty of pace and venom to startle the best when he bowls.
Not had much cricket this season, but he’ll slip straight back into Sixes mode.
Kawapong “Pong” Hanprap
The new kid on the block, out of WatDonChan Hilltribe school. A raw talent but
a brilliant natural timer of the ball. Has scored a hatfull of runs this season and opens for U-19 Chiang Mai province team. So laid back
he prefers to field with his arms folded!
Surasak “Seegame” Wunarit
Game has recently represented Thailand U-16 team in Nepal.
Is seen as a perfect opener who’ll spearhead the batting for ChiangMai cricket for years to come.
Chiayaped “Ped” Gorrabase
The Captain of the U-19 Chiang Mai province side. A quick bowler who generates a lot of bounce and
wallops the ball when he gets in the middle.
