Michael “Cat” Maher

The only Postel to have done all 15 tours to the Chiang Mai Sixes. Happy to be back to meet with old friends and support our favourite sponsor the SugarShack Bar. Of course his best playing days are way behind him, but he is still up for a game.

Brett “Kanga” Bastow

Will Captain the Perth Postels this year. Is a top player and also a top person. Chiang Mai has seen glimpses for his best in the past, so I am sure he again will at times turn it on for us all to see on the field. Off the field is always there for a good chat about life, the world and how it goes around.

Brett Cole

The Kiwi of the group, he loves the game of cricket so is very keen to return and again enjoy himself. Wants to sit back and enjoy the charms of Chiang Mai and enjoy the general banter of the Postels group.

David “Schef” Scheffer

Makes his long awaited return to Chiang Mai after a few years break to become an Accountant. Always loves a chat, a good debate and of course a laugh. Famous for some big hitting on the field and may surprise with his improved bowling this year. Welcome back Schef.

Jeraj “T2” Puvaneshen

A first time visit to join the Postels in Chiang Mai. A very nice man from Singapore who picked up his love for Cricket Sixes in last years Hong Kong Tournament. Was very keen to tour to Chiang Mai to attend the CBB AGM and also play with the Postels.

Steve Wilson

A genuine Perth Postel, coming from Australia Post in Perth. He heard so much about the tournament over the year that this year he decided very early to join us all for the fun and laughs. A handy all rounder who will fit in well with the team.

James “007” Billington

Hopefully, we will be welcoming back 00 for this the 15th tour. He has been with us on most tours and always adds to the humour of the group. A handy cricketer who has always given his best for the Postels cause over the years,

John Pearce

A friend of long time Postels supporter Door, comes to Chiang Mai with high social expectations. Joins the Postels as it seems he is to travel to Perth very soon after Chiang Mai. Being from Oxford will I am sure add to chats with Scheffer and Croysers.

Kenny Jackson

Not confirmed as yet, depending on cricket results, but hopefully we will have Kenny back with us to celebrate our 15th year tour in 2010. A very loyal Postel who really loves and enjoys the Chiang Mai Sixes. With T/Bags, Richie and Scheffer back, to have Kenny also with us will be a real bonus.

Supporters:

Jadie Welsh

Some may say Kanga’s better half it is always a joy to have her with us. Loves her cricket, enjoys a few beers and will no doubt be up on stage during the week entertaining us all. Great to see her back with us in Chiang Mai.

Rachel Jones

Also a friend of Door is in Chiang Mai for the first time. She is travelling with boyfriend John to Perth after Chiang Mai, this is a great opportunity to pick up some bad habits off the locals. From all accounts she will be more than happy socially with the Postels

Thank-you also goes to long time teams supporters Oy, Jennifer and staff from the SugarShack Bar.
