Natalia Hird (Captain) - Ukraine
Rumoured to be able to dismantle a AK47 in seconds from her undercover days, Tash has mellowed considerably and now passes her time as a chef to be reckoned with & the Chassis captain. Her Russian wit and assertive nature will keep us girls on our toes! After a little caviar & vodka, we can expect some fast paced bowling and nimble batting performances from the Ruski.
Michelle Green – Bullymafoofoo
Every team requires a youngster not only to bring the average age of the side down but also to instill a sense of comparison between on and off the field prowess. Michelle will be at the forefront of the social scene and we hope that she places as much emphasis on her game as she does with her vodka!
Joanne Robinson – MaBriiitiiish
It was a tough decision deciding on whether to place Jo in the bowling line up or behind the stumps as wicket keeper. The latter was a unanimous conclusion as we feared her bowling would’ve resulted in far too many spectator injuries. Not withstanding, her perfection of holding a champagne glass in wicket gloves would be a miss.
Rebecca Chalmers – Australia
As a fully fledged Aussie, Becks has taken this year’s sixes to another level, with her weekend boot camp training episodes that most GI’s would be proud of. All those one handed press-ups (Demi Moore style) will ensure that reaching the boundary will be a breeze – we only hope that this fitness craze hasn’t impaired her drinking tolerance below that of a normal Sheila.
Janet Kirwin - Australia
Being the accountant that she is, there is only black and white, starting as player of the match in her first game or ending with a golden duck in her last is what keeps all on their toes with Janet. Our batsman is back, waiting for a runner in between the boundary hits.
Debbie Daquiri – Zimbabwe
Debs – Oh Debs… Where to start? A lady who’s religion most would want to follow in terms of alcohol consumption… I want Debs’ Bible’s definition of “in moderation…” Wow- wouldn’t the earth be a better place! Debs is a first timer with the Chassis and we do not know what to expect but rest assured, if her rock solid personality is anything to go by you’re all in trouble on & off the field.
Anne Teague – Zimbabwe
Water aerobics, yoga, golf, squash, cricket… you name it… as the Chassis fitness guru, she’s bound to keep us on form. Whether it be through torture in the water or on land, Anne will have the Chassis speed up both on and off the field. Expectations of Anne are high for her inaugural sixes tournament.
Rin Wood – Thailand
Rin-tin may be wearing a helmet this year as she thought that making runs off her chin was acceptable in her first ever cricket experience last year. However practice and dedication will show a new and improved Siam beauty.
Sarah Morgan - My briitiish
As all teams do - we’ve brought in our secret weapon. With her power behind a tennis racquet, Sarah has taught us how to outsmart and outrun our opponents – with as little movement as possible! As one of our new virgins to the team, Sarah will be showing all how it can be done!
Pim Kemasingki – the dancing ballerina
Our ballerina is dancing in the side wings, waiting to show off her ever impressing bowling and batting capabilities. As the team is large enough for all kinds of injuries be it hangovers, pulled muscles or just plain old age, it was decided that between us all – we may – just may, be able to put a side in each game!!
