“Chai”, Yotsakorn Chiaprom
Is a little frustrated this year as there has been no Under 17 tournaments this year. He is desperate to play for Thailand and go overseas like some of his other team mates have. However he is determined that the Thai Thevada team will perform well again this year in the Sixes.
“Tong”, Chayanin Ananthaseeh
Has emerged as the player to watch. He has grown and is much stronger than last year and you can be sure that when he hits the ball it stays hit. You better go and fetch it.
“Bank”, Natinan Supartakul
Is always difficult to face as he bowls from high and gets plenty of bounce. He is expected to make plenty of runs this year with a new bat in hand.
“Gun”, Peeravat Duangthip
With recent experience gained he should have a good tournament. Runs and wicket should be forth coming. The most traveled player in the team.
“New” Newchon Kuratong
Has played quite a bit if cricket this year with the men so has improved considerably. His time with the Cavaliers last year will give plenty of confidence. Bowls accurately and although not a big hitter of the ball is hard to remove.
“Off” Suranya Janai
Looks to have a lackadaisical approach but do not be fooled, he is as competitive as all the rest of the team. He travels 35 kilometers every Sunday to play cricket, sure loves the game.
“Nite” Wasurat Guntabupha
The quiet man of the team but can be relied upon to bowl the stead over and contribute with the bat.
Jatasda “Telek” Boonsuwan
Was unlucky to miss on making the U15 Thailand team but will have another chance next year when he will be much improved. He is not frightened to stand up to the men on Sundays and is gaining a lot in confidence. He will love playing with the older boys.
Puttivat “Parn” Poshynonda
The manager and sound man, director as you will hear whenever the Thai Thevada play.
