Yarrambat, back for a third consecutive year in Chiang Mai, have changed the formation of the squad with the axing of Paul Chywla and the inclusions of Simon Bray to the playing squad and Michael Bray to the supporter group. The team impressed everyone in their initial games last year ending up in the cup where they were taught some real cricket lessons. Hoping this year to take home some silverware to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the tournament.

DANIEL "FABIO" SHAW captain- 18 years old and his 6th tour to Chiang Mai. Had a quiet year last year with only a couple of handy retirements but looking to score more on and off the field this year. A keen cricketer who doesn't mind opening up and hitting the ball high and long into the horizon and handy with the ball as well. Looking to steer the team to some silverware this year as the empty trophy cabinet of Yarrambat gets more and more dusty.

GAVIN "SHAWRY" SHAW- 7th tour to Chiang Mai and looking to improve on his performances of last year which were under par by his very high standards. Gav has been preparing rigorously to prove to the team and the captain that he still has what it takes to compete at this level. Has come out of semi retirement to give it another crack. A handy batter and can bowl on the spot when needed.

TROY "HARVS" HARVEY- 10th tour to Chiang Mai. This year has been firmly warned by the high council that the "gay dab" has been outlawed. Given that this is his favourite (only) shot, he will no doubt face the wrath of the high council before this tournament ends. Made some handy runs last year to cement his selection in this years' team.  Is a handy keeper who loves nothing more than being out in the centre bent over the stumps.

DALE "PLUGGA" MEREDITH- 3rd tour to Chiang Mai. The always improving Plugger has come to Chiang Mai for a third time to show he has got what it takes. Has trained for the past 12 months with the sole goal of making sufficient runs to get his maiden retirement in the tournament (Was known to make more runs off rather than on field last year). Another very confident keeper who will be battling for the keeping position with Harvs and Rusty.

ANDY "CRANKY" COMANS- 2nd tour to Chiang Mai. After an impressive tournament with the ball last year, the man they call Cranky is now ready to take on the tournaments best batsmen. A gazelle in the field (but by gazelle we mean sloth). Will surely be returning to the Fashion King this year to pick up his jacket – having dashed off for a chuck during his final fitting with just one leg in a pair of splendid Fashion King trousers.

RUSSELL "BOOKEND" LAMB- 2nd tour to Chiang Mai. Russell has found form this cricket season with the bat and is looking forward to continuing this in Chiang Mai. Vying for the keepers position with Harvs and Plugger, his batting talent will surely be a plus. Took 3 days for him to see the night life last year having been in bed before the sun went down. Hopefully will have more staying power this year.

MICHAEL "CHIEF CLANCY WIGGUM" BURNS- 10th tour to Chiang Mai and 3rd year as Team Manager. Clancy returns to Chiang Mai after last year putting in a sizzling performance with the ball but unfortunately not with the bat.  You'll hear the dulcet tones of Wiggums on the commentary team throughout the week when he is not on the field, managing the Yarrambatians, acting as fine master for our group, serving behind the bar or eating chicken drumsticks!

SIMON "SIMO" BRAY- 2nd tour to Chiang Mai. Simo has been impressive with club form this year and will be looking to continue his form in his off field activities like many of the other team members. A solid batsmen who can blast runs at will and bowl an over of sharp pace. In cahoots with Plugger, the pair of them are trying to bring sweat bands back into fashion but so far have failed miserably.

MICHAEL "MAD-DOG" BRAY- 2nd tour to Chiang Mai. A surprise inclusion for the tour after the high council must have forgotten the last time he was on tour! Mad dog joins the supporter group and is the teams wine expert. Mad Dog is very much looking forward to watching the cricket with a bottle of red permanently in hand and perhaps followed up with the odd Bloody Mary chaser.

DAVID "CHILLER" CHWYLA- 3rd tour to Chiang Mai. Returns this year without any family support – even his 21 year old son has decided he's old enough to travel alone – how unwise! Dave returns to Chiang Mai to again act as the teams' communication manager, media liaison, masseur, relationship manager, advisor to selectors, drinks tester and drinking partner to anyone who may need one at any time.
