Divine Felons

Ross "The Iceman" Ormiston - Captain and backbone of the Felons.  Famous for remarking during one game last year as he watched 2 of his team-mates ‘running' for the same ball – "Team of f@#*ing draught horses!!!"

Jonathan "Gloves" Pereira - Keeper of both the faith and wickets for the Felons.  Nearly became a priest but changed his mind at the last hurdle and became a lawyer instead.  Has bowled at previous Tournaments but is intending to save himself the embarrassment this year by feigning a shoulder injury.

Peter "The Chancellor" Watson - One of the youngest members of the team and perhaps the most important – Pete holds the team funds and isn't allowed to return to the Hotel until the last of his team-mates has fallen.  Made a big splash in his debut at Chiangmai last year and we're hoping for more of the same this year.

Rob "Not Another Wide" Stevens - Ever wondered why the wides rule was changed at last year's tournament?  Any of you who witnessed Rob's excruciating bowling in 2005 will know the answer to that one.  A spy tells us he's been practicing regularly at the local nets in the hope that he'll be able to at least hit the pitch this year!

Asif "We're bloody lucky to have you" - Our man from Kashmir was a life-saver for us last year and we expect he'll do the business for us again this year.  Speaking of which, anyone who is interested in a genuine Kashmir carpet should talk to Asif – we bought a couple last year and they're superb.  Asif lives in Chiangmai and came to our aid at short notice last year when one of our other members messed up his air-line bookings and arrived 2 days late!

Allan "The Virgin" Ormiston - Allan is on his first trip to Chiangmai but if he's anything like his father he'll become a first-class tourist both on and off the field!  Allan has spent the last year in Australia so we're expecting he'll need a few pointers on how to play the game after such a long time away from the "Home of the Cricket - New Zealand".
