DEAN MORRISON (nickname - Marto)
Dean Morrison is our captain for the tournament. Dean is the current opening batsmen, wicket keeper and overseas professional for the
Marchwiel first XI in the North Wales Premier League. Dean enjoys playing the game hard and is also quite accomplished off the field
and is looking forward to the hospitality in Thailand. Marto will require some considerable guidance by Lord Hall with regard to local
cuisine! Grade 7/10
ZAC PACEY (nickname - Hammer)
Zac Pacey is our big West Indian import (don't worry you can't miss the big fella in the showers!) who has a tremendous amount
of ability but at times shows questionable commitment. The boys will be hoping for a strong performance by the Jamaican International.
Hammer may get homesick while on tour and I have assured his mum that he will be tucked into a comfy bed ever night. Hammer
may carry drinks throughout the tournament if performances or chat is poor! 8/10
NICHOLAS BROWN III (nickname - Coach or Pumper)
Nick Brown is from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia and will be an important part of the team's overall success. Pumper owns three gymnasiums
in Brisbane and is a bodybuilder by trade, having had considerable success in numerous Australian National Titles. Pumper is looking
forward to the challenge. 8/10
PETER BANTOM-BAKER (nickname - Archie)
Peter is also from Brisbane and is the wild child of the team! Archie's extremely extroverted personality and comical background
will provide much appreciated entertainment for the team throughout its journey. Archie has refined his skills over the past
few years with the help of the internet! Archie is on his way to play in the United Kingdom for the famous Malpas Cricket Club.
Good luck Arch! (9/10)
TERRY NODWELL (nickname - Noddy)
Noddy is a very likeable young fella, gives his best on and off the field. Has a superb kit and sometimes tries a bit too hard! Will
do well and learn a lot of life skills on this tour if he sticks closely to and follows his skipper's lead. Very dedicated individual
whose batting is best suited to these tropical conditions. However, does have problems with bowling action and may struggling to seam
the ball around on the Chiang Mai wickets! 6/10 (maybe 7/10 if you take chat and kit into consideration).
LORD ANDREW HALL (nickname - no nickname but known as the respected Lord Hall)
Lord Hall is one of the finest talisman that the team has been associated with over the years. A former member of the Marchwiel first
XI who possesses finely tuned wicket keeping skills. Lord Hall will be our regular gloveman for the tournament and will do a fine job.
Most of the younger players will be looking to Lord Hall for guidance and advice on the local dining in Chiang Mai. An experienced
campaigner and will do the team proud. 8/10
