Toni (Cougar) Maher (Australia)
Still kicking herself for getting
out for a duck last year. Wants to kick
butt this year in both the game and the Boat Race. Strong allrounder. Is
tops at fundraising with Sister.
Tracy (Sister) Thorgersen (Australia)
A "Virgin" Dixie Belle player but is an old hand at touring.
Very enthusiastic and passionate about the game and can bowl a mean ball.
Another gun fund-raiser for the team.
Priscilla (Bullet) Rougha (New Guinea)
Our pocket dynamo. Number one bowler and has a huge passion for the
game. Her
actions speak louder than words. Come on lets go one better this year.
Fiona Allen (England)
Always gives 100% at training and in games and it is great to have her
back. A champion "skuller" who was a major contributor to last years win
in the Boat Race Challenge. Come on help us win again this year,
both on and off the field.
Louise (Nurse) Woods (South Africa)
Another "virgin" player and in fact of the Chiang Mai Sixes.
Heard about the team and is rearing to go, maybe the teams "Secret Weapon"?.
Welcome aboard. Lets kick some of those Chiang Mai Chassie butts.
Karyn (Kitten) Brown - Manager (Australia)
Has a passion for great competition. Co-ordinated a wonderful
team last year and led them to a win in the Boat Race . Will not rest
this year till we win the cricket game as well.
Lauren Cowan
A 25 years old South African from Cape Town. She loves nature and animals
and to ride-horses in her spare-time. She came to Chiang Mai 10 months ago
and seems to have gotten stuck there! Started teaching English and now
manages a team of Thai and farang staff researching the internet for
information. Lauren is loving living in Thailand and working with Thai
people, eating thai food, drinking Thai beer and experiencing the Thai
culture.
Louise Berry
Louise has been based in Chiang Mai for 6 months and is enjoying the
delights offered by Thailand. Although a native Northern Irish girl, she
has lived in Portugal, Italy, South Africa and Switzerland and works in the
field of public health. She has studied Anthropology and International
Relations and likes to put these to good use when dating foreign men. When
not involved in the previously described activities, she enjoys going out
with friends, singing and various forms of exotic dancing.
Susan Shebby
Susan has been living and teaching in Chiang Mai over the past 9 months.
Although far from her home town of LA, California, Susan enjoys the new
experiences Thailand has to offer. Her teaching career has taken her far
and wide from Mongolia to Paraguay, and now knows how to say "Be quiet and
sit down" in half a dozen languages. Out of the classroom, Susan enjoys
reading and engaging in "friendly arguments" on almost any subject with
friends over a few (dozen) cold Singhas.
Mike (Cat) Maher - Guru
Organiser extraordanaire. Has
made sure the Chiang Mai Chassies had some real
competition. Is our Number One ticket holder
Our coaches are Tom "Pope" Hogan and Kenny Jackson. Also
a new mystery coach will be appointed this year!!
